Experience the greatness of the tea caddies! For starters, they're reusable, which is awesome for the environment. In addition to that, they seal nicely and keep tea fresh for a long time.
The mighty maple trea provides us with a most unique syrup - coveted by many as the finest flavour in the world. Early settlers to North America's shore were shown by the Indians how to make maple syrup and to this day the process remains virtually unchanged. This premium tea captures the fine flavour and spirit of the Maple Tree.
To make icewine, the grapes are left on the vine until after the first frost. The grapes must be picked late in the year - after November 15; early in the day - before 10 am; and temperatures must not be higher than minus 8 degrees Celsius. At this temperature the grapes are frozen and are as hard as marbles. When the grapes are in their frozen state, they are pressed. This leaves a highly concentrated juice, very high in acids, sugars and aromatics. This tea celebrates the flavour of icewine and is a lovely complement to any meal.
Experience the exotic blend of wild blueberries and icewine, delicately packaged in a tin with embossed Inukshuk design.
Inukshuk in the Inuit language means "likeness of a person". Inuit make inukshuk to act as helpers in the hunting of caribou and to mark places of goodness. Our blueberry icewine tea inukshuk marks the healthy nature of tea and the long life it may bring to those who drink it.
